精油芳香療法-促進自己或親子間的親密關係Aromatherapy Yoga強調自我意識的專注，在親身體驗肢體動作與呼吸中，逐漸感應身心內外的瞬息萬變，而達到從心所欲、覺性圓滿。在一年四季中，我們及孩子常因為季節的變換而有各種不同的症狀(脾氣暴躁、憂鬱煩悶、精神倦怠……等)，藉由使用植物精油的方式改善自己與孩子所出現的症狀。此外，亦在療程中教導親子互相學習按摩技巧，如何幫助彼此釋放壓力~
